Behavioral Health Technician-CLP/ILP

Details: Provides 1-1 direct services reflected in consumer’s treatment plans that address recovery goals related to skills of independent living. This can include medication observation, budgeting, cooking and shopping skills and home organization and cleaning with or for identified service recipients. The BHT maintains clinical records that meet standards utilized by Quality Management and TERROS clinical documentation requirements as described in Policies and Procedures. This position works under the direct supervision of the Community Living Program Director. Requirements: High School Diploma or GED, as well as a combination of behavioral health education and work experience totaling a minimum of four (4) years; or a Bachelor’s degree in any field, plus one year of work experience in a behavioral health service delivery; or a Bachelor’s degree in social service or related field; or an Associate degree plus two years of work experience in a behavioral health service delivery.

Licensed Clinical Coordinator (Outpatient Behavioral Health)

Details: We're recruiting for a full-time LICENSED CLINICAL COORDINATOR (LMSW, LCSW, LPC or LMFT) for our Outpatient office in Phoenix (2320 W Peoria Ave, Phoenix AZ 85029). Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm. Reports to Director of Clinical Manager, supervises Family Support Specialists and Contract Therapists.  Devereux Arizona's Outpatient program offers comprehensive outpatient counseling services for individuals, families, and groups in the office, school and/or home setting. Specialties include the treatment of ADHD, Conduct Disorders, Mood Disorders, Physical Abuse, Sexual Abuse, and Anxiety Disorders. Counseling services may be supplemented by psychiatric intervention and medication management when indicated.What does a typical day look like for the Clinical Coordinator?  - Provide continuous support to Contract Therapists, Family Support Partners, and Family Support Specialists. Provide supervision for Masters-level interns and staff working toward licensure.- Meet with staff throughout the day as needed for urgent/unscheduled supervision meetings i.e. for crisis situations. Provide crisis support (live and/or telephonically) for clients/families throughout the day. - Attend/facilitate Child and Family Team (CFT) meetings as needed to support your staff with their assigned clients/families. - Attend/participate in psychiatric evaluations and/or medication monitoring appointments as needed to support client/family and the CFT. Coordinate with supervisors, staff, and other agencies as needed to meet the service needs of our clients. - Audit client files and provide direction to staff to ensure documentation is up-to-date.- Facilitate Group Supervision Meeting 1x weekly. Behavioral Health Practitioner - Team Leader

Details: The BHP-TL will be responsible for leading and supporting a team of clinicians in the support of adults living with autism. The Team Leader will develop and assess Individualized Service Plans and conduct Functional Behavior Assessments, and have extensive supervisory responsibilities.- Lead and directly supervise a high functioning team consisting of Master's Level Behavioral Health Specialists in serving approximately 50 adults with autism.- Understand, implement, and help educate others on program guidelines and provisions of service.- Assist in the hiring process for highly qualified Behavioral Health Specialists and Community Support Professionals; orient them to their positions and supervise their performance to ensure that individuals within the program receive high quality services.- Educate and guide Behavioral Health Specialists in conducting assessments including use of the SIB-R, Quality of Life Scale, and Functional Behavior Assessments.- Educate and guide Behavioral Health Specialists in the development of ISP's and act as the reviewing Behavioral Health Practitioner for assigned ISP's.- Provide consultation to Behavioral Health Specialists to address difficult issues including but not limited to; employee relations, working with families and the individuals we support, and job performance of assigned employees.- Participate in Clinical reviews and in ISP meetings as needed for support.- Distribute and assign a caseload of approximately 50 Participants across the Team and also assign Community Support Professionals across the caseload.- Maintain knowledge of the duties and responsibilities of Behavioral Health Specialists including completion of assessments, development of ISP's and providing supports to adults with autism as well as supervision of Community Support Professionals as needed and required.
