Behavioral Health Technician-CLP/ILP
Details: Provides 1-1 direct services reflected in consumer’s treatment plans that address recovery goals related to skills of independent living. This can include medication observation, budgeting, cooking and shopping skills and home organization and cleaning with or for identified service recipients. The BHT maintains clinical records that meet standards utilized by Quality Management and TERROS clinical documentation requirements as described in Policies and Procedures. This position works under the direct supervision of the Community Living Program Director. Requirements: High School Diploma or GED, as well as a combination of behavioral health education and work experience totaling a minimum of four (4) years; or a Bachelor’s degree in any field, plus one year of work experience in a behavioral health service delivery; or a Bachelor’s degree in social service or related field; or an Associate degree plus two years of work experience in a behavioral health service delivery.
Air Force/Air National Guard Director of Psychological Health
Details: (1) RL-DPHs shall oversee the day-to-day clinical policies, procedures, and practice of staff and/or affiliate Counselors, as well as coordinate communication between staff and affiliate Counselors and Service liaisons. Each RL-DPH shall be assigned DPHs to supervise. RL-DPHs shall be responsible for assuring the delivery of quality consultative, clinical, and referral services, ensuring best practices are identified, shared and applied where appropriate across the NG/RC, and for arranging, maintaining and documenting training needed for effective performance under this contract.(2) RL-DPHs shall provide each of the DPHs assigned to them with at least one (1) hour of telephone supervision every other week. Face-to-face supervision will be provided a minimum of one (1) time every three (3) months during a DPH’s first year of service, or if under a performance improvement plan or otherwise involved in a progressive disciplinary process. The frequency of face-to-face supervision for other DPHs will be dictated by clinical and administrative appropriateness and will occur at least once annually.(3) RL-DPHs shall discuss priority cases during the course of supervision. Priority cases include all of the following: compromised readiness to deploy; reactivated cases; cases involving alcohol and/or other drug use; risk, threats or actual acts of violence; child, elder or partner abuse/neglect; positive alcohol or other drug test results; settlement agreements; and, other cases selected by DPHs based upon need for consultation/supervision. Every priority case is to be reviewed by the RL-DPH before the third session with the client. Supervision shall be requested by the DPH on each case when the assessment is that a risk of violence is present and whenever supervision is desired.(4) RL-DPHs shall personally review a minimum of one (1) randomly selected case record for each DPH quarterly, including cases assigned to affiliate counselors when oversight of affiliate cases is provided by the DPH. When working with new DPHs, or whenever it is otherwise deemed appropriate, a larger sample of cases shall be reviewed.(5) DPHs shall document all supervision/consultation in the case record. RL-DPHs shall maintain separate documentation of all supervision and consultation filed under the DPH’s name. Case records reviewed by the RL-DPH shall be dated and include a signed RL-DPH progress note indicating that the case record was reviewed. When a case record is reviewed from a remote location, an entry of the case review shall be inserted into the case record, providing similar documentation and including the RL-DPH’s name in lieu of a signature. To the extent feasible, electronic documentation is preferred.(6) RL-DPHs shall review each critical incident response and, when appropriate, make suggestions regarding corrective actions to be taken with respect to the critical incident.

Licensed Clinical Coordinator (Outpatient Behavioral Health)
Details: We're recruiting for a full-time LICENSED CLINICAL COORDINATOR (LMSW, LCSW, LPC or LMFT) for our Outpatient office in Phoenix (2320 W Peoria Ave, Phoenix AZ 85029). Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm. Reports to Director of Clinical Manager, supervises Family Support Specialists and Contract Therapists. Devereux Arizona's Outpatient program offers comprehensive outpatient counseling services for individuals, families, and groups in the office, school and/or home setting. Specialties include the treatment of ADHD, Conduct Disorders, Mood Disorders, Physical Abuse, Sexual Abuse, and Anxiety Disorders. Counseling services may be supplemented by psychiatric intervention and medication management when indicated.What does a typical day look like for the Clinical Coordinator? - Provide continuous support to Contract Therapists, Family Support Partners, and Family Support Specialists. Provide supervision for Masters-level interns and staff working toward licensure.- Meet with staff throughout the day as needed for urgent/unscheduled supervision meetings i.e. for crisis situations. Registered Nurse - Primary and Mental Health Care
Details: The Registered Nurse will coordinate and manage the overall Integrated Health Home process to provide comprehensive, direct services to consumers who are seeking both primary health and mental health services at Eyerly Ball CMHS. Additionally, the Nurse will strive to bridge strong, working relationships with other community providers/agencies.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Screen incoming telephone calls from consumers, family members, physicians, pharmacies, hospitals, etc., regarding medication and/or physical and psychiatric treatment related issues. Refer medical related issues to specialty clinics, as needed. 2. Coordinate with hospitals on client records, intakes and discharges. 3. Coordinate clinical/administrative tasks of Interdisciplinary Team to ensure continuity of care and collaborate with team members for the implementation of treatment services as clinically indicated, responsibly triage cases for Nurse Practitioner, Social Worker and Peer Support Specialist. 4. Promptly contact consumers regarding medication changes and/or instructions. 5. Behavioral Health Practitioner - Team Leader
Details: The BHP-TL will be responsible for leading and supporting a team of clinicians in the support of adults living with autism. The Team Leader will develop and assess Individualized Service Plans and conduct Functional Behavior Assessments, and have extensive supervisory responsibilities.- Lead and directly supervise a high functioning team consisting of Master's Level Behavioral Health Specialists in serving approximately 50 adults with autism.- Understand, implement, and help educate others on program guidelines and provisions of service.- Assist in the hiring process for highly qualified Behavioral Health Specialists and Community Support Professionals; orient them to their positions and supervise their performance to ensure that individuals within the program receive high quality services.- Educate and guide Behavioral Health Specialists in conducting assessments including use of the SIB-R, Quality of Life Scale, and Functional Behavior Assessments.- Educate and guide Behavioral Health Specialists in the development of ISP's and act as the reviewing Behavioral Health Practitioner for assigned ISP's.- Provide consultation to Behavioral Health Specialists to address difficult issues including but not limited to; employee relations, working with families and the individuals we support, and job performance of assigned employees.- Participate in Clinical reviews and in ISP meetings as needed for support.- Distribute and assign a caseload of approximately 50 Participants across the Team and also assign Community Support Professionals across the caseload.- Maintain knowledge of the duties and responsibilities of Behavioral Health Specialists including completion of assessments, development of ISP's and providing supports to adults with autism as well as supervision of Community Support Professionals as needed and required.
Mental Health Therapist - Licensed Social Worker
Details: Eyerly Ball Community Mental Health Services is a growing non-profit agency that serves adults with mental illness. The agency will begin providing services in Story County and will be starting up another successful Outpatiet Clinic in the Story County/Ames area. We are seeking Therapists/Licensed Independent Social Workers to be a part of the new and exciting addition of services. The position purpose will be to provide behavioral health services to consumers through a variety of modalities. To assess the consumer’s strengths, mental health and needs, then develop and implement an individualized service plan designed to restore the consumer’s optimum level of functioning. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Through the intake process, evaluate the need for treatment by assessing the consumer’s strengths, needs and mental status. 2. Develop an individualized service plan on each consumer that focuses on improving or restoring functioning and clearly defines discharge criteria. 3. Provide treatment in individual, group, family or couple counseling sessions. 4. Document well and in a timely manner, the service that has been delivered and complete required/requested external and internal reports and other paperwork in a timely manner. 5. Meet billable hours standards, as determined by administration. 6. Assist in referring or coordinating community resources identified for the consumer. 7. Refer to and facilitate other treatment interventions/supports provided by other EMCMHS team members that are indicated therapeutically. 8.
