Details: This is a Full-Time Position.Direct Support Professionals are responsible for monitoring the patient's behaviors and activities at all times and communicating appropriate information to other members of the Treatment Team. He/She functions as an integral member of the multidisciplinary treatment team and assists in providing care and treatment that is appropriate to the ages and populations served, specifically children, adolescents, and/or adults.Direct Care Shifts are 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.Direct Support Professionals will work a 7 days on - 2 day off - 8 days on - 4 days off (7-2-8-4) rotation.
