Details: We are seeking a professional, high energy individual with strong project management and customer service skills to be responsible for the oversight, development and management of the residential and community based employment training programs, including associated supervision and administrative duties. The Manager will mentor, teach, coach and provide supervision to multiple Job Coaches and work site supervisors. Work sites currently include maintenance, housekeeping, grounds, kitchen, a small Diner and coffee shop, a T-shirt printing shop, clothing store and office supply store. The Manager facilitates the development and implementation of specialized curriculums for each work site, new site creation, assigns workloads and ensures completion of quality work, is the liaison with internal and external customers, manages referrals and discharges to and from the program, oversees treatment planning for community based clients, provides training to job coaches/work site supervisors, oversees payroll and management of client hours, communicates client status with internal and external treatment team members, tracks and reports quality improvement data and identifies initiatives and systems to continually improve the overall program. .The Manager must have ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, be highly organized, effectively manage others, have strong interpersonal skills, and an excellent customer service focus.
