Details: As the Assistant Manager of the Metro area Therapeutic Foster Care office, your responsibilities will include supervising Proctor Supervisors and Case Management activities. Working closely with the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for all operational activities and maintain strong working relationships with Department of Children and Families (DCF), Proctor homes and other involved agencies and families. You will be responsible for writing performance evaluations, holding staff accountable and maintaining the highest clinical standards that are Devereux's Best Practices. The Metro office is located in Woburn, MA.
