Details: Will implement the daily operation of the assigned residence. Will implement ITP/Treatment Team goal methodologies and data collection. Will maintain mandated OMR/DD medication certification and will dispense medication as assigned. Will be prepared for and attend ITP and Treatment Team meetings. Ensures implementation of Treatment Team procedure. Responsible for student / resident safety and supervision as well as ensuring student / resident rights. Completes recreational lesson plans as required. Submits community trip requests to Residence Manager. Ensures all required documentation is completed, which includes, but is not limited to, daily logs, behavior incident reports, staff communication logs. Collects ITP data and completes ITP documentation.
