This person will identify, cultivate, solicit and steward donors for TGen research initiatives. The ideal candidate possesses strong interpersonal skills, a professional and resourceful style, and the ability to work independently, to take initiative, and to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Detailed DescriptionUnder the direction of the Vice President, Strategic Initiatives, the Assistant Director is responsible for identifying and cultivating key relationships with donors and volunteers and developing successful fundraising events and programs.
