Details: Job Duties: •Establishes therapeutic relationships with a variety of clients for the purpose of establishing and reaching appropriate treatment goals. •Maintains appropriate knowledge, skill and certification for this position. •Employs therapeutic interventions for identified treatment issues. •Seeks appropriate clinical supervision to ensure the provision of effective treatment. •Participates in departmental assessment of treatment and program outcomes by providing requested information related to client treatment and operation of group programs. •Facilitates team building with peers by appropriate participation in scheduled staff meetings and training and providing support and leadership to other clinical staff. Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree in psychology or behavioral health related field. •Independent license preferred but not required. At least 2-3 years related experience in Behavioral Health strongly preferred.
