We want someone who views his/her work day with those supported by the company and co-workers as an opportunity to be a positive influence. A DSP is someone who will personally contribute encouragement, guidance and genuine concern for a person's daily accomplishments. A DSP promotes the health, safety and emotional support of the individuals we serve and is willing to support people to achieve the highest quality of life possible.Currently, we have part-time positions available with advancement opportunities, competitive pay and benefits. We train and certify for medication administration. We conduct on-the-job trainings and coordinate with vendors for additional employee training.
