The Clinical Social Work Supervisor works as a partner with the RN Case Manager in identifying patient needs, barriers to care progression along with developing and executing timely discharge plans. Serves as a social work resource to the hospital and case management staff, provide support and direction with complex cases as needed. Supervises the hospital’s social workers and continually updates the Director of Case Management. Requirements Must have 5 Years of experience in a hospital setting. MSW degree from a school of social work accredited by the Council of Social Work Education. Current California LCSW license issued by the Board of Behavior Sciences required. Los Angeles City Fire/Safety Card within 30 days of hire. Current BLS Card issued by American Heart Association M/F/D/V EEO

CLINICAL THERAPIST - PART TIME

Details: Clinical Therapist - Part Time (Primarily for Weekends)Sacred Heart Rehabilitation Center, Inc. is searching for part time (8-20 hours per week - primarily Saturdays and Sundays during the day)  Clinical Therapists to join our Memphis Residential Therapy Team providing residential substance abuse treatment at our Memphis Residential facility.  The part time positions will be scheduled primarily for weekend day shifts.  Some weekday shifts may be available as needed. Our Memphis Residential facility is located 1 hour north of Detroit, 30 minutes west of Port Huron and 45 minutes east of Flint in Northern Macomb County.Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Conducting individual and group therapy sessions, didactic lectures, treatment plans, Monitoring and reporting on clients progress in treatment and providing documentation of all services according to established criteria.

Licensed Clinical Coordinator (Outpatient Behavioral Health)

Details: We're recruiting for a full-time LICENSED CLINICAL COORDINATOR (LMSW, LCSW, LPC or LMFT) for our Outpatient office in Phoenix (2320 W Peoria Ave, Phoenix AZ 85029). Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm. Reports to Director of Clinical Manager, supervises Family Support Specialists and Contract Therapists.  Devereux Arizona's Outpatient program offers comprehensive outpatient counseling services for individuals, families, and groups in the office, school and/or home setting. Specialties include the treatment of ADHD, Conduct Disorders, Mood Disorders, Physical Abuse, Sexual Abuse, and Anxiety Disorders. Counseling services may be supplemented by psychiatric intervention and medication management when indicated.What does a typical day look like for the Clinical Coordinator?  - Provide continuous support to Contract Therapists, Family Support Partners, and Family Support Specialists. Provide supervision for Masters-level interns and staff working toward licensure.- Meet with staff throughout the day as needed for urgent/unscheduled supervision meetings i.e. for crisis situations. Provide crisis support (live and/or telephonically) for clients/families throughout the day. - Attend/facilitate Child and Family Team (CFT) meetings as needed to support your staff with their assigned clients/families. - Attend/participate in psychiatric evaluations and/or medication monitoring appointments as needed to support client/family and the CFT. Coordinate with supervisors, staff, and other agencies as needed to meet the service needs of our clients. - Audit client files and provide direction to staff to ensure documentation is up-to-date.- Facilitate Group Supervision Meeting 1x weekly. Attend weekly Coordinators Meetings and QCN Network Meetings as directed by Treatment Program Manager.  Attend monthly psychiatrist meeting to participate in case staffings. - Provide On-Call Clinical support for staff and clients (rotating schedule).- But most importantly...be an advocate for our clients, families and employees!Keywords: clinical, outpatient, counseling, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, behavioral health, program coordinator, clinician, therapist
