Details: Devereux Massachusetts is seeking an experiened PT 20 hours per week Information Systems Specialist.Information Systems Specialist Job Summary: Performs troubleshooting, testing, documentation, and installation of software and hardware on desktop, laptop, networking and telecommunications systems including data, video and voice. This consists of first, second and third level technical support for the entire user community of the Devereux Foundation. Provides guidance and direction to the Information Systems Support position. Professional Skills 1. Systems Management: Demonstrates skills, knowledge and abilities needed to develop, implement, and manage hardware and software systems. Systems will be managed in such a manner that they attend to quality issues, efficiency, cost effectiveness, outcomes and corrective actions and incorporate Best Practices and innovative methods of systems management.
