Direct Service Associate
Details: Direct Service Associate:Easter Seals, the nation's leading provider of services to adults and children with disabilities has a rewarding career as a direct service professional working with individuals in a 3-4 person residential home setting. The Direct Service Associate is responsible for teaching, coaching and assisting adults with intellectual challenges in all aspects of their daily living to foster independence and ensure their quality of life. The job duties include: planning and coordinating daily activities attending to personal care needs such as feeding grooming, showering, toileting and monitoring and distributing medication. The Direct Service Associate will also assist in food preparation and maintenance of the facility. The Direct Care Associate will complete paperwork including progress notes and reports and may also transport individuals to appointments or other activities as necessary. One of your primary duties will be to make a positive difference in the people voy work with.

ADULT OUTPATIENT CLINICIAN – FEE FOR SERVICE
Details: The Joseph J. Peters Institute is a nationally recognized provider serving adult perpetrators and survivors of sexual abuse seeks fee for service clinicians. Compensation is $35 to $50 per hour based on qualifications and credentials. This position reports to the program director.Responsibilities: Maintain the highest quality clinical services to all clients of JJPI Develop and maintain clinical utilization at 55% Attend clinical meetings and scheduled supervision Provide supervisors with audio or videotaped samples of sessions as required Ensure the provision of comprehensive case management services to clients at 20% case management utilization Maintain clinical records in accordance with agency, managed care, and licensing requirements Seek out appropriate professional training Assist in developing and implementing new, innovative treatment strategies Develop and maintain professional relationships with other agencies Complete Initial Treatment Plan Review within the first 2 visits of client contact Complete updates treatment plans every 15th session or 90 days Complete progress notes within five working days of session with client Follow up appropriately with clients who have missed session Complete discharge summary within fifteen days of termination date Complete and provide statistical reports (case management and clinical hours) at the end of each week/pay period Make initial contact with client within five working days of assignment Work effectively with other staff and contribute to the development of a team approach to treatment Provide input into new programs and work to implement more effective methods of delivering services Understand and communicate with other programs within the agency and work to foster a collaborative team approach across all programs Understand the impact of the caseload requirements on the financial performance of the agency. Understand the payment source of each client. Complete all forms required for submission of bills for services in a timely manner.
