Details: Be a part of creating meaningful, independent and productive lives for children and adolescents who receive services from our 133 bed residential treatment center in Viera, FL.  We have a current opening for a full time Behavior Analyst.  The Behavior Analyst will allow you to find purpose and give you room to grow in the largest not-for-profit provider of services to children and families in Florida.  All Behavior Analysts are expected to implement our Philosophy of Care which is to provide:?         Individual Services?         Effective and Accountable Services?         Utilize Positive ApproachesOur clients range in severity and disability and we provide 24 hour crisis wrap around behavior analysis services on the Voyager Unit, as well as teaching acquisition, communication, replacement, social and community integration skills.  This position provides what we call a "wrap" of services as we believe that the more services and care we provide to an individual, the better their outcome and success.  To assist in coordination of services and that a team approach to treatment is taken this position works closely with:?        Legal guardians?        Parents?        Schools?        Medical professionals?        Others involved in the client's life KEYWORDS: behavior analysis, ABA, autism, behavioral, developmental disability, human services, adolescent, children
