The Job…Supervise and support Site Supervisors by: Ensuring the highest quality program for children. Setting center-specific goals to achieve and maintain compliance and program quality. Ensuring the optimal management of center staffing and staff development, including recruiting, performance management, mentoring and training. Ensuring appropriate budgeting, financial planning, resource management, and implementation of efficient systems. Maximizing enrollment and marketing the center’s programs. Reviewing communications and ensuring authentic partnerships with center staff, parents and families, the school’s principal and teachers, CDI’s management and the local community.
