Direct Support Professional
Details: This is a Full-Time Position.Direct Support Professionals are responsible for monitoring the patient's behaviors and activities at all times and communicating appropriate information to other members of the Treatment Team. Completes bed checks at regular intervals. Logs onto computer on an hourly basis. Completes all household tasks as outlined (see attached addendum). Will supervise and prepare breakfast in assigned unit. Will ensure implementation of Treatment Team procedure. Ensures implementation of living unit structures and routines as outlined.
