With over 40 programs, we offer treatment, prevention, growth and education services to more than 26,200 people annually.We have an exciting opportunity for a full time Psychologist/BCBA position to join our team of talented professionals. .As a Psychologist/BCBA you will be responsible for or psychological evaluations of consumers with developmental disabilities including administration and the interpretation of psychometric instruments while providing direct services to agency consumers. The psychologist is also responsible for the development of treatment goals, case service plans in accordance with Person Centered Planning, thorough assessments, individual counseling, parent training, behavior modifications plans, and crisis intervention. To qualify for this position, you will need: -A minimum of a Master’s degree in Psychology from an accredited college or university. -Must have and retain a valid LLP in Psychology with the State of Michigan -Must possess experience with persons with developmental disabilities. -BCBA certification is strongly encouraged, with the ability to supervise other clinicians with certification. -Group experience and home-based service experience are preferred. -Must have a valid drivers license and favorable driving record as defined by current automobile insurance company.The Guidance Center believes that our team members are our most valuable resources, and we invest in them accordingly.
